1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Phrased AI ("the Service"), operated by AbyA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Phrased AI is an AI-powered language learning platform available at phrasedai.com. The Service provides interactive language lessons, practice tools, and AI-generated content to help users learn and improve language skills.

3. Accounts

You must sign in using a valid Google account to use Phrased AI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload or transmit harmful, abusive, or objectionable content
• Attempt to bypass any rate limits, usage restrictions, or security measures

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Phrased AI offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe.

Billing

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of an initial subscription purchase if you have not extensively used the paid features. To request a refund, contact us at realmidlehelp@gmail.com. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Phrased AI -- including text, graphics, logos, and software -- are owned by AbyA and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written consent.

7. AI-Generated Content

Phrased AI uses artificial intelligence (including OpenAI) to generate educational content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. The Service is intended as a learning aid and should not be relied upon as the sole source of language instruction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phrased AI and AbyA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Phrased AI at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitation of liability and intellectual property) will remain in effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
